Céline Corletti
Founder
Céline started her career in the financial markets industry after graduating from ESCP Europe with a Master in Management.
She began as a Structured Products Sales covering the Swiss institutional market, and decided to join the recruitment industry during the financial crisis. Since 2009 she has built her expertise recruiting financial professionals in Europe across front-office and executive roles in Investment Banking, Asset Management, Brokerage, Private Banking.
In 2018, after managing for 5 years the Banking and Financial Services Division for a Tier 1 Executive Search Firm in Geneva, Céline decided to create Beyond Potentials to actively contribute to the financial sector transformation, with the conviction that people’s engagement and development are at the center of companies future.
Recognized as a specialist in her sector, Céline has advised multiple companies on strategic recruiting and talent management challenges. Through tailor made coaching, assessments, workshops, and strategic recruitment mandates, she acts as a reliable partner for HR & Business leaders, looking to maximize their personal and team potential.

Céline a commencé sa carrière dans l'industrie des marchés financiers après avoir obtenu un Master en Management à l'ESCP Europe.
Elle a débuté comme vendeuse de produits structurés sur le marché institutionnel suisse, et a décidé de rejoindre le secteur du recrutement pendant la crise financière. Depuis 2009, elle a développé son expertise en recrutant des professionnels de la finance en Europe pour des postes de front-office et de direction dans les secteurs de la banque d'investissement, de la gestion d'actifs, du courtage et de la banque privée.
En 2018, après avoir dirigé pendant 5 ans la division Banque et Services Financiers d'un cabinet d'Executive Search de premier plan à Genève, Céline décide de créer Beyond Potentials pour contribuer activement à la transformation du secteur financier, avec la conviction que l'engagement et le développement des personnes sont au centre du futur des entreprises.
Reconnue comme une spécialiste dans son secteur, Céline a conseillé de nombreuses entreprises sur des questions de recrutement stratégique et de gestion des talents. Par le biais de coaching sur mesure, d'évaluations, d'ateliers et de mandats de recrutement stratégique, elle agit en tant que partenaire fiable pour les responsables RH et les dirigeants d'entreprise qui cherchent à maximiser leur potentiel personnel et celui de leur équipe.
Olivia Vaunaize Fillon

After graduating with a Masters in Wealth Management and a Masters in Management from the Skema Business School, Olivia worked in the Wealth Management industry in Monaco and Switzerland.
After 7 years in front office positions, Olivia joined Michael Page Switzerland to build a new career within the Recruitment industry.
Olivia worked 3 years within the Geneva Banking and Financial Services Team as Senior Consultant, mainly headhunting senior Legal, Tax, Risk and Compliance professionals for well-known Private Banks, External Asset Managers and Single Family Offices.
In 2018, she joined Michael Page Monaco to run their Banking and Financial Services Division.
Olivia joined Beyond Potentials to develop our Talent Development service and open Beyond Potentials Monaco.
Olivia Vaunaize Fillon

Après avoir obtenu un master en gestion de patrimoine et un master en management à la Skema Business School, Olivia a travaillé dans le secteur de la gestion de patrimoine à Monaco et en Suisse.
Après 7 ans dans des postes de front office, Olivia a rejoint Michael Page Suisse pour construire une nouvelle carrière dans l'industrie du recrutement.
Olivia a travaillé 3 ans au sein de l'équipe Services Bancaires et Financiers de Genève en tant que Consultante Senior, principalement dans la chasse de tête de professionnels seniors en Droit, Fiscalité, Risque et Conformité pour des Banques Privées de renom, des Gérants de fortune externes et des Single Family Offices.
En 2018, elle a rejoint Michael Page Monaco pour diriger leur division Services bancaires et financiers.
Olivia a rejoint Beyond Potentials pour développer notre service de développement des talents et ouvrir Beyond Potentials Monaco.
Charles Bruno

Charles started his career in the Financial Markets in Paris/Milan/Geneva on Sales and Trading roles after his double Masters Degree from Edhec Business School.
In 2015, he decided to join the headhunting industry to recruit talents in the Banking, Asset Management and Brokerage markets. Charles recruits profiles from back to front office and developed a strong expertise in IT.
After 7 years dealing with Senior and Executive roles at Tier1 Recruitment firms, Charles joined Beyond Potentials with the aim to carry on attracting the best talents within the European Banking and Financial Services industry .

Charles a débuté sa carrière sur les marchés financiers à Paris/Milan/Genève dans des fonctions de vente et de trading après avoir obtenu un double master à l'Edhec Business School.

Béatrice Lévrier

Béatrice relies on 30 years of experience as a Personal and Executive Assistant in Financial Services, family offices and Real-Estate in Geneva, Monaco and London.
Before joining Beyond Potentials Béatrice worked for an independent wealth management company in Monaco and passed her financial certification.
During her experiences working with highly demanding personalities, she developed strong communication and coaching skills and a passion for Recruitment.
Béatrice joined Beyond Potentials to give a new turn to her career and leverage on her operational expertise to recruit Office Management and Support positions at all level of seniority and internationally for our clients

Avant de rejoindre Beyond Potentials, Béatrice a travaillé pour une société de gestion de fortune indépendante à Monaco et a passé sa certification financière.
Au cours de ses expériences avec des personnalités très exigeantes, elle a développé de fortes compétences en communication et en coaching, ainsi qu'une passion pour le recrutement.

Charlotte graduated with an MBA in Financial Markets from ESLSCA Paris.
She began her career on Natixis’ Trading floor in Paris, overseeing long-term treasury refinancing trades for the bank and its international subsidiaries. She then joined J.P. Morgan’s corporate banking division, where she advised international groups and multinational companies on their financing, investment, and treasury needs, working for five years across Paris, Zurich, and London.
In 2019, Charlotte moved to Société Générale Private Banking Monaco, advising high-net-worth clients on derivatives and structured products solutions.
In 2022, Charlotte joined Beyond Potentials Monaco, bringing with her ten years of experience in Tier-1 front-office banking positions, dedicated to serving the top talents of the local banking and financial industry.
Through recruitment mandates, assessments, and career coaching, Charlotte is eager to act as a trusted partner for candidates looking to evolve or join the Monaco market.

Elle a débuté sa carrière au sein de la salle des marchés de Natixis à Paris, où elle a supervisé les opérations de refinancement de trésorerie à long terme pour la banque et ses filiales internationales. Elle a ensuite rejoint la division banque d'affaires de J.P. Morgan, où elle a conseillé des groupes internationaux et des multinationales sur leurs besoins de financement, d'investissement et de trésorerie, travaillant pendant cinq ans entre Paris, Zurich et Londres.
En 2019, Charlotte a rejoint la Société Générale Private Banking Monaco, où elle a conseillé des clients fortunés sur des solutions de produits dérivés et structurés.
